Interlock, Paver Stone & Concrete Sealing

Back by popular demand we are now sealing interlock, flagstone and concrete driveways, walkways and patios.

Bare or poorly finished Pattern Concrete, or Interlock is subject to:

Staining from oil, dirt and calcium
Discoloration and fading
Cracking, due to freeze and thaw cycles
Daily wear and tear

 Any of these problems will present complications; combined, they will shorten the life of your concrete, interlock structures, or patios.
With The Driveway Doctor's professional restoration process we can:
Use a high pressure wash, combined with scrubbing, as needed to remove stains.
Remove any weeds or other vegetation.
Apply polymeric joint sand that hardens like a flexible mortar to reduce weed growth, bug infestation and erosion.
Apply a protective sealant in your choice of “natural” or “wet look semi-gloss” or “wet look high-gloss” finishes.

 Execution of our professional process will provide for extended life of your pattern concrete, or interlock patios as well as enhancing the beauty and property value of your home. Your patios will be cleaner, more attractive, and will be protected against oil, dirt, and daily wear.
THE SEALING PROCESS

We dig out the old dirt from between stones and clean them.
We apply the highest quality Polymeric Joint Sand to fill gaps and hold stones together.
STEP 3
STEP 4
We gently blow the excess sand off the surface of the stones.
The stones are now cleaned, sanded and ready for sealing.
STEP 5
STEP 6
We spray a generous amount of clear sealer on the stones. We use a board (pictured) to protect edges from over-spray.
The stones are now sealed and are dry to the touch in only 30 minutes. You can drive on them in only 4 hours!

By request we clean and seal retaining walls.
The finished (and dry) deck is ready for use!
